Lake Highlands Town Center is a retail development by Cypress Real Estate Advisors.  A complete shell and interior of a Sprouts Farmers Market was constructed, as well as six retail shell buildings for future build-out.  Exterior landscape and festoon lighting was extensive, as well as site lighting for all the parking in this area.
